Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, drive financial performance, and deliver an exceptional resident and family experience.

You will oversee care, sales, budgeting, compliance and staff development while upholding Sunrise's mission to champion quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Executive Director or GM/Administrator experience required
• Proven occupancy, revenue and operational performance
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills
• Experience leading teams and performance management
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and decision making
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high performing teams

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents, families and local referral sources

• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams

Pay Range:

111,696.00 - 159,744.00
