Service Team Leader
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service, planning and executing service work according to customer orders and expectations. You will showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention through effective communication of service work timelines and expectations.
The work model for this role is remote. This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division in Northern Virginia. Your main responsibilities include:
