Job summary

Aac-Inc is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to join the IT team in a full-time capacity in Washington, DC. You will support mobile device management (MDM) platforms, assist with platform installation and maintenance, and help develop IT procedures to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

You will be involved in 24x7 on-call support, require strong Windows Server experience, and have familiarity with Workspace One UEM/Access, Office 365, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater.
• Experience with Windows Server management and vulnerability remediation patching.
• 5+ years of operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired.
• 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform.
• Candidate must be available for flexible schedule and 24x7 on-call support.
• Knowledge of Workspace One UEM, Workspace One Access, Microsoft 365 apps, and Active Directory is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Mobility Engineer will serve full-time to assist with system administrationactivities relating to ever evolving mobility systems and applications. The Senior mobility engineer will assist the UEM team with various tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via our ticketing system, telephone,or email.
• Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of mobile platforms/software/hardware and mobile devices for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors,and contractors as needed.
• Assist with the development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow,and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform configuration management and develop supporting documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, organizational stakeholders,internal systems administrators, and the non-technical user community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server
  2019 or greater
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
• 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
• Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
• Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and
  participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
