Compass Pointe Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to manage and support mobile device solutions in Workspace One environments. You will design, develop, and administer mobile platforms and collaborate with Office 365 and AD services.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, MDM design, and 24x7 on-call support. Onsite in Washington, with remote work possible upon request via House equipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on operations support with Windows Server 2019 or greater.
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching.
• 5+ years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation.
• 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM.
• Flexible schedule and 24x7 on-call availability.
• Knowledge of Workspace One UEM, Workspace One Access, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Active Directory, and Windows Server Administration is a plus.

The Sr Mobility Engineer will perform the following duties:

• Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
• Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
• Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and corresponding documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.
• Candidate must be able to work core (8:30am – 5:00pm) business hours 8 hours a day onsite in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays and when work is done for system maintenance. *Note: Candidate must be able to work from home/remote when requested by COTR using House supplied equipment.
• Candidate must be able to work during some planned maintenance windows between 9pm and 5am as part of maintenance activities. If the candidate has reliable high-speed internet, the work can be completed off-site (home) using House supplied laptop(s).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Mobility Engineer will serve full-time to assist with system administration activities relating to ever evolving mobility systems and applications. The Senior mobility engineer will assist the UEM team with various tasks which include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Mobility Engineer will require hands-on experience with the list of technologies below in an enterprise environment.

• Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
• 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
• Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
• Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
