Job summary

aspwebsolutions is seeking a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Senior Mobility Engineer to support mobile platforms and Workspace One environments in Washington, DC. The role requires Windows Server and MDM experience, Office 365 integration, and strong written and oral communication skills.

The candidate must be able to work standard DC business hours onsite, with the option to work remotely when requested, and participate in occasional maintenance windows from 9pm to 5am. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
• 5+ years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
• Must have 4+ years operation support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with: Workspace One UEM, Workspace One Access, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server Administration

Responsibilities

• Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
• Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
• Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and corresponding documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.
• Must be able to work core (8:30am – 5:00pm) business hours onsite in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays and when work is done for system maintenance. Note: Must be able to work from home/remote when requested by COTR using customersupplied equipment.
• Candidate must be able to work during some planned maintenance windows between 9pm and 5am as part of maintenance activities.
• If the candidate has reliable high-speed internet, the work can be completed off-site (home) using customer supplied laptop(s).
