Job summary

Asp Web Solutions seeks a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Senior Mobility Engineer to support Workspace One environments in Washington, DC. You will design, develop, and maintain mobile infrastructure and integrate Office 365 apps.

The role requires 4+ years in operations, 4+ years with Workspace One UEM, and ability to participate in 24x7 on-call support, with some remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater.
• 5+ years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired.
• 4+ years operation support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform.
• Flexible schedule and 24x7 on-call support willingness.
• Experience with Workspace One Access and Office 365 is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server Administration.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
• Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
• Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff and non-technical users.
• Work core business hours onsite in Washington, DC; remote work may be available when requested.
• Participate in planned maintenance windows as required.
• If reliable internet, work from home using customer supplied laptops.
