Job summary

AAC Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to support mobility systems and applications on a full-time basis. The role involves providing technical support for mobile devices, coordinating platform installations, and helping develop IT procedures to boost efficiency and satisfaction.

You will work with the UEM team on Workspace One UEM/Access, Office 365, and AD to ensure robust device management and security, often requiring on-call coverage and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong operations support with Windows Server 2019+
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation/Patching
• 5+ years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation (desired)
• 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mobile device issues via ticketing system, phone, or email.
• Coordinate and assist with installation and maintenance of mobile platforms/software/hardware for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors and contractors.
• Assist with development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job description

The Senior Mobility Engineer will serve full-time to assist with system administrationactivities relating to ever evolving mobility systems and applications. The Senior mobility engineer will assist the UEM team with various tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via our ticketing system, telephone,or email.
• Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of mobile platforms/software/hardware and mobile devices for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors,and contractors as needed.
• Assist with the development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow,and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform configuration management and develop supporting documentation.
• Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, organizational stakeholders,internal systems administrators, and the non-technical user community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server
  2019 or greater
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
• 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
• Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
• Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and
  participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
