Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will perform research, development, testing, and sustainment engineering for aeronautical vehicle systems and avionics, with emphasis on electrical/electronic design baselines and interfaces. A DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility is required, with ABET-accredited degree and substantial DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 12+ years DoD experience, or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Perform design, development, and testing of electrical systems for aeronautical platforms.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to leadership on sustaining engineering issues.
• Translate requirements into system-level electrical/electronic designs and architectures.
• Support integration, verification, and technical risk assessments across programs.
