Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support a cutting-edge Air Force program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will contribute to developing, testing, and fielding aeronautical capabilities across avionics and related ground systems.

The role requires an active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, ABET-accredited electrical/electronics training, and extensive DoD experience, including SAP exposure. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from ABET program with 12+ years’ DoD/government or DoD contractor experience.
OR Master’s in engineering with ABET degree and 10+ years’ DoD/government or DoD contractor experience.
Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

Perform research, development, testing, evaluation, operation, and maintenance of electrical devices/systems on aeronautical vehicle systems and related avionics.
Serve as technical expert and advise leadership on sustaining engineering issues.
Develop and review system electrical/electronic design baselines and interoperability requirements.
Translate user requirements into system requirements for software, electrical, and electronic designs.
Provide integration support and follow USAF engineering processes and V diagram.
