Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will work on aeronautical vehicle systems, including avionics, wiring, and integration across hardware and software domains.

The role requires an active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and experience with DoD programs. Willingness to travel up to 10% and perform sustaining engineering tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• ABET-accredited Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree with 12+ years DoD/DoD contractor experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Perform research, development, testing, evaluation, operation and maintenance of electrical devices/systems on aeronautical vehicle systems and related avionics.
• Serve as the technical expert for the organization and advise leadership on sustaining engineering issues.
• Develop and review system electrical/electronic design baselines and interoperability requirements.
• Translate requirements into system designs for software, electrical and electronic components.
• Provide integration support for acquisition, development, sustainment and verification of systems and equipment.
