Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs – Specialty Testing to set vision, drive global strategies, and support product development across Urinalysis, Hematology, Bone Health, and Anemia lines.

You will lead clinical/scientific positioning, collaborate with external partners, and guide pre-launch to lifecycle management with a patient-focused approach and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level required with extensive medical/clinical affairs experience.
• Board-certified hematologist with strong leadership.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple levels in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for specialty testing and health economics, policy and reimbursement.
• Cultivate strategic academic partners and KOLs to support research and product development.
• Represent Beckman Coulter externally with partners and professional societies.
• Support pre-launch initiatives, commercialization and lifecycle management with evidence generation.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable guidance for product teams.
