The position entails global responsibilities, remote flexibility, and leadership across hematology, urinalysis, and related fields, with a focus on HEPR and pre-launch

Qualifications

• Doctorate level with 20+ years of medical & clinical affairs experience.
• Board-certified hematologist.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership fostering transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management to set goals and drive deliverables.
• Broad clinical knowledge beyond hematology, incl. bone health and anemia.

Responsibilities

• Steer collaborative efforts between business leaders and research teams for product development, regulatory submissions, and marketing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across matrix organizations to achieve shared goals and develop talent.
• Establish academic partnerships and solicit investigator-initiated proposals aligned with Beckman research needs.
• Lead global health economics, policy, and reimbursement strategies for Beckman solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to shape scientific exchange and product development guidance.
• Translate clinical insights from KOLs into actionable guidance for development teams.
• Support pre-launch initiatives, commercialization, and lifecycle management through education and evidence generation.
