This senior role requires a proven launch record in Germany, fluent German and English, and deep AMNOG/EKO knowledge. The role involves ~50% travel to customer sites and internal visits, including Zug, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, and market access.

Formación

• 12+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience.
• 5+ years leading field teams.
• Proven launch record in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English.
• AMNOG/EKO/SL knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the DACH field team from pre-launch education to key account management.
• Own launch plans for ADH1 and achondroplasia, including local marketing and forecasting.
• Travel ~50% for field visits, customer meetings and internal visits to Zug.
