You will mentor and develop a team, address objections, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape campaigns while ensuring strong client delivery and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, mentoring or developing people.
• Direct experience promoting or selling pharmaceutical or healthcare products to healthcare professionals.
• Background in primary care, hospital sales or Pharmareferent/in is highly relevant.
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Able to handle objections and performance challenges constructively.
• Pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
• Professional fluency in German and working English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of customer-facing pharmaceutical sales professionals.
• Establish clear performance expectations and improve accountability across the team.
• Coach team through difficult conversations and common customer objections.
• Support the effective delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare campaigns.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to improve client delivery and commercial performance.
• Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, onboarding and team development.
• Remain close to day-to-day activity, including customer engagement and high-volume calling.
• Create a positive, practical and results-focused team culture.
