Job summary

SoSafe is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to own pipeline growth across the DACH region. This role blends inbound and outbound campaigns into a single engine, leveraging regional insights and budget ownership to drive ARR.

You will collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Demand Generation, aligning on ICPs, messaging and campaign plays to accelerate growth. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience owning a regional go-to-market strategy and translating market insight into clear plans.
• Strong budget management skills and ability to optimize spend based on performance.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and the relationship between Marketing, SDR/BDR and Sales.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
• Ability to present strategy and performance to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or other complex B2B environments preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH market and local business culture.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own regional pipeline generation, revenue influence and ARR growth.
• Build and run connected inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Own the regional outbound engine with SDR/BDR alignment.
• Develop inbound programs across content, nurture, SEO and paid channels.
• Partner with Sales to define target accounts based on ICP and pipeline potential.
• Prioritize focus using account, intent, firmographic and technographic data.
• Test multi-threading, trigger-based outreach and intent-led campaigns.
• Continuously optimize messaging, channels and campaigns for conversions.
