The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and medical affairs.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in pharma/biotech with 3–5 years in frontline leadership and a proven track record in launching new products or indications in competitive markets,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 3–5 years of front-line leadership.
• Track record of launching products/indications into competitive markets.
• Strong sales leadership with mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead sales force from pre-launch through commercialization, including launch readiness and post-approval activities.
• Achieve sales targets for regional team with successful launches.
• Collaborate with marketing to create differentiated messaging and plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
