Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Sr. Director of HR Technology and AI Enablement to drive the HR technology roadmap and lead the transition to an AI-first HR service model. You will oversee Workday migrations, partner with HR COEs and OCIO, and implement governance for responsible AI in healthcare.

You will manage a team, collaborate with procurement and vendors, and shape HR workflows for scalable automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, CS, Business or related field.
• 10+ years HR technology / HRIS experience, incl. 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience leading enterprise HCM platform migration (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience redesigning HR processes for automation and AI-human handoffs.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Moveworks, Now Assist, ServiceNow).
• Strong AI literacy, data governance, privacy and security.
• People analytics and data fluency for trusted reporting.
• Proven project/change management and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts >$500k.
• Product/outcome-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap across platforms like Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI.
• Redesign HR workflows and AI-human handoffs before Workday configuration.
• Lead end-to-end Workday migration and deployment of AI agents; manage plans, testing, cutover, hypercare.
• Define automated vs human-led workflows and monitor agent performance.
• Build data governance and ensure AI safety and privacy in healthcare context.
• Lead and develop the HR technology team and drive adoption.
