Entegris is seeking a Director, HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to lead the HR Technology COE, shaping strategy and driving AI-enabled HR excellence across Workday, payroll, analytics, and emerging AI tech.

You will partner with senior leaders to define strategy, govern data integrity, and scale capabilities globally, balancing risk, user experience, and business outcomes. Requires global leadership and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in a global matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise HR technology strategy and governance.
• Lead HR Technology COE and partner with senior leaders across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Drive AI-enabled HR processes and analytics with Workday and downstream systems.
• Test, implement, and scale capabilities globally through vendor partnerships.
• Design scalable HR operations and establish data integrity and compliance standards.
