Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage, and execute on assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead the team, arrange construction sequencing, and drive timely, profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality, and budgeting while coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of managing mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and workflow.
• Oversee project staff, subcontractors, budgets, QA/QC.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
