The role of a Senior Compensation Consultant is within our Human Resources Department.
Collaborate with managers and department leadership to maintain consistent, accurate, and timely compensation consultation. Provide advanced analysis of compensation trends and guidance for annual planning. Develop presentations and data visualizations to support recommendations. Partner with the Budget Office during departmental budget preparation and work collaboratively with HR leadership.
All remote work must be performed within one of MCW's registered payroll states, including WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.
