Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze existing applications and document requirements for migration to a modernized platform.

You will assess legacy functionality, identify gaps, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will lead UAT and functional testing, collaborate with product, data, development and business teams on architecture and integration decisions, and support change adoption, training, risk tracking, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in a Senior BA role.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Experience with legacy application modernization, digital transformation, system migration, and architecture analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, process reengineering, WCAG 2.1, public-sector compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
