Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management in a dedicated PM role.
• Proficiency with MS Project or enterprise PPM tools for scheduling/planning.
• Experience in program/portfolio/agile PM for 3+ years.
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and PPM tool configuration.
• Experience in software testing, end-user training, user guides, Visio, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of portfolio, program, and agile modules in the enterprise PPM tool.
• Coach project managers on scheduling and planning via demos, office hours, and one-on-one sessions.
• Roll out and drive adoption of change request workflows in the PPM tool.
• Partner with the PPM development team on requirements, configuration, and testing.
• Pilot new PPM modules and help decentralized PMOs replicate processes enterprise-wide.
• Create role-based training, tips, and knowledge base articles; support governance committees.
