Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation to closure. You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires expert communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and adherence to PMBOK and hybrid methodologies to deliver value across client programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal project management experience leading medium to highly complex initiatives through the full lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk strategies, and change management activities.
• Manage project teams, vendors, contracts, deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and escalated issues.
• Track project performance and produce status reports, metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Perform gap and root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to keep projects aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and ensure project deliverables comply with applicable standards and guidelines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, resource management, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies, PMI standards, PMBOK practices, and change management.
• Experience with project budgeting, risk management, resource planning, vendor management, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with gap analysis, root cause analysis, PMO dashboards, executive reporting, and project performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
