The role centers on designing and enhancing automated business processes using IBM BAW and FileNet within complex enterprise environments. You will develop Java/J2EE services and integrations, support content repositories and document workflows, and modernize deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise development experience with IBM BAW, FileNet, or content management platforms.
• Proficiency in IBM Business Automation Workflow and enterprise workflow development.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows and automated business processes using IBM BAW.
• Develop and support FileNet content repositories, document processing, metadata, retrieval, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Java/J2EE services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Support Kofax scanning, OCR, indexing, validation, batch processing, and document-management workflows.
• Troubleshoot application defects, workflow failures, integration errors, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Modernize applications, migrate source control to Azure DevOps/Git, and maintain CI/CD deployment processes.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of enterprise development experience with IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, or content management platforms
• Proficiency in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), enterprise workflow development, business process automation
• Experience with IBM FileNet, Content Engine, document repositories, metadata, content lifecycle management
• Experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SOAP services, enterprise integrations, backend application development
• Experience with Kofax Capture, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
