Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a seasoned full stack developer to design and deliver scalable web applications. You will work across frontend and backend layers, build secure APIs, and integrate with external services.

The role emphasizes performance, reliability, and code quality in a fast-paced Agile environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) plus CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP) and RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, database modeling, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience with JWT, OAuth, RBAC, encryption, XSS, and CSRF security
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, WordPress, Airtable, and Salesforce integrations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces, interactive forms, dashboards, and state-driven components
• Create backend services and APIs supporting application logic, data processing, and real-time functionality
• Build and maintain database structures, CRUD functionality, and controls supporting reliable application data
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and application security controls across the stack
• Connect applications with payment, email, analytics, CRM, and other external service platforms
• Automate application testing and deployments, optimize performance, review code, and contribute to Agile delivery
