Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives. You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and delivery milestones across cross-functional teams nationwide.

You will translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized features, while coordinating architects, developers, UX/UI teams, and vendors. Strong communication and Agile expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale PM in modernization initiatives.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, and roadmaps.
• Experience with legacy modernization, enterprise architecture, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision and modernization roadmap.
• Convert stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and prioritized features.
• Coordinate architects, developers, UX/UI teams, and vendors throughout solution design and implementation.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, testing activities, and release readiness.
• Track KPIs, risks, dependencies, delivery progress, and product outcomes while driving issue resolution.
• Support organizational adoption, training, process changes, and adherence to security and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 7 years or more of Product Management experience leading large-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories
• Experience with legacy application modernization, enterprise architecture, system integrations, cloud platforms
• Experience with large data conversions, functional testing, acceptance criteria, release implementation
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure, WCAG 2.1, process reengineering, public-sector compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
