Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze existing applications and document requirements for migration to a modernized platform.
You will assess legacy functionality, identify gaps, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in a Senior BA role.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Experience with legacy application modernization, digital transformation, system migration, and architecture analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience with UAT, functional testing, process reengineering, WCAG 2.1, public-sector compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Analyze existing application functionality and document requirements for migration to a modernized platform.
- Translate business needs into prioritized user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead functional testing and UAT activities to validate migrated functionality and system changes.
- Collaborate with product, data, development, and business teams on architecture and integration decisions.
- Support change adoption, training, risk tracking, compliance alignment, and project status reporting.
