Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Bioconjugate Analytics (BCA) team in the ABMS Group.

You will develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to advance Regeneron’s bioconjugate pipeline, including ADCs, AOCs, and ATLs, across development stages and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes state-of-the-art MS and analytical technologies to characterize bioconjugates, focus on QC attributes and process development,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in analytical characterization of protein therapeutics or bioconjugates
• Hands-on LC-MS characterization of proteins, peptides, and bioconjugates; sample prep, LC, MS, data analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and develop robust assays

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods for bioconjugates and therapeutic proteins
• Perform sample prep, LC-MS experiments and data analysis; document results in ELN
• Support process development, R&D activities, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples, study activities and timelines
• Communicate results through reports, regulatory documents, and conferences
