Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Bioconjugate Analytics team.

You will develop LC-MS methods to characterize bioconjugates and therapeutic proteins, collaborate across functions, and contribute to regulatory submissions. On-site work in Tarrytown is required. The role requires a Master’s with 3+ years or Bachelor's with 6+ years in Chemistry-related fields, with hands-on LC-MS experience and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with at least 6 years in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Industrial or academic experience in analytical characterization of protein therapeutics, bioconjugates, or related modalities.
• Strong LC-MS-based characterization of proteins, peptides, and bioconjugates including sample prep, LC, MS and data analysis.
• Enjoyment of developing and troubleshooting analytical methods and solving complex scientific problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to characterize bioconjugates and therapeutic proteins across R&D programs.
• Perform sample preparation, LC-MS experiments, and data analysis; document results in ELN, reports, and presentations.
• Support process development, R&D activities, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples, study activities, and timelines.
• Communicate results through meetings, technical reports, regulatory documents, and conferences.
