Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) seeks a Scientist to join the Quantitative Bioanalytics team in the ABMS Group. You will develop and qualify LC-MS-based bioanalytical assays and support R&D programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data and insights.

The role involves state-of-the-art LC-MS platforms, ELISA and other ligand-binding methods, and opportunities to advance bioanalytical technologies within a fast-paced R&D environment. On-site in Tarrytown, NY.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Hands-on LC-MS with multiple platforms (e.g., triple quadrupole, Q-TOF, Orbitrap).
• Experience in regulated biotech/biopharmaceutical environments and method qualification/validation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS-based assay development, qualification, and validation for biotherapeutics and biomarkers in biological matrices.
• Bioanalysis support for research, preclinical, clinical, and biodistribution studies with increasing independence.
• Troubleshoot and optimize methods; ensure data quality and scientific integrity; communicate findings in reports and meetings.
