Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Bioconjugate Analytics team in the ABMS Group. You will develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to characterize bioconjugates and other therapeutic proteins across R&D stages, including ADCs, AOCs, and ATLs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Analytical Chemistry
• Industrial or academic experience in analytical characterization of protein therapeutics/bioconjugates
• Strong LC-MS-based characterization of proteins, peptides, and bioconjugates including sample prep, LC, MS, and data analysis
• Enjoy developing and troubleshooting analytical methods and solving complex scientific problems

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to characterize bioconjugates across R&D programs
• Perform sample prep, LC-MS experiments, and data analysis; document results in ELN and reports
• Support process development, R&D activities, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples, activities, and timelines
• Communicate results through project meetings, reports, and publications
