Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, NY, is seeking a Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Bioconjugate Analytics team. You will develop LC-MS methods to characterize bioconjugates and therapeutic proteins, supporting multiple development programs from R&D through regulatory submissions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis, and clear documentation in ELNs, as well as contributing to a fast-paced, innovative research environment at Regeneron.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with ≥3 years relevant experience or bachelor's with ≥6 years in Chemistry/Biochemistry
• Experience in analytical characterization of protein therapeutics or bioconjugates
• Strong LC-MS-based characterization of proteins and bioconjugates
• Enjoy developing and troubleshooting analytical methods and solving complex problems

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to characterize bioconjugates and other therapeutic protein candidates across R&D programs
• Perform sample preparation, LC-MS experiments, and data analysis; document results in ELN entries, presentations, and reports
• Support process development, R&D activities, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples and study activities, align priorities and timelines
• Interpret and communicate scientific results through meetings, reports, regulatory documents, and conferences
