Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Intact Mass, proteomics technologies and key MS platforms team within the ABMS Group.

You will develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to advance Regeneron’s pipeline, including antibodies and ADCs, through all development stages. Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Analytical Chemistry or related field
• Industrial or academic experience in analytical characterization of protein therapeutics
• Strong LC-MS knowledge for proteins, peptides, and antibody-drug conjugates
• Enjoy developing and troubleshooting analytical methods and solving complex problems

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply LC-MS-based analytical methods to characterize mAbs and other therapeutic proteins across R&D programs
• Perform sample prep, LC-MS experiments, and data analysis with relevant software
• Support process development, R&D activities, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples, study activities, and timelines
• Interpret and communicate results through project meetings, reports, and publications
• Plan and prioritize work, manage and visualize data, and provide timely updates
