Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Scientist for the Analytical and Biological Mass Spectrometry Group (ABMS). You will execute LC-MS methods to characterize biotherapeutics, supporting all drug development stages from early candidates to regulatory filings.

You will develop innovative LC-MS technologies to advance Regeneron’s R&D pipeline. The role requires hands-on LC-MS experience with monoclonal antibodies, Fc-fusion proteins, and related modalities, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
Industrial or academic experience in LC-MS based analytical characterization of protein therapeutics.
Hands‑on experience with advanced mass spectrometers, liquid chromatography, various separation technologies, and data processing software is desired.

Responsibilities

Execute established protocols and communicate analytical characterization of biotherapeutics to support drug development.
Characterize intact-mass LC-MS data to elucidate quality attributes like charge and size variants and PTMs.
Provide analytical support for formulation development and manufacturing teams to solve development challenges.
Independently conduct sample prep and LC-MS analyses, documenting procedures in ELN.
Present data at group/project meetings and write technical reports and regulatory filings.
Develop LC-MS based analytical methods to support R&D programs.
