The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support multiple leaders within the Creative Cloud Product Marketing organization. Responsibilities include diverse administrative tasks, assisting teams with calendaring, expense reports, coordinating travel, team purchasing, organizing events, and leading special projects.

As a Sr. AA, you are an organized self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and handle confidential materials professionally. You bring enthusiasm and humor to your work and collaborate effectively across teams.

What you’ll do:

  1. Support a fast-paced organization to optimize success.
  2. Plan and organize meetings and events, including off-sites.
  3. Manage hardware, software, and office supplies procurement and tracking.
  4. Coordinate space planning with facilities, including hotel arrangements and office moves.
  5. Create purchase requisitions and collaborate with finance on expenses.
  6. Organize travel itineraries, handle visas, and adapt to last-minute changes.
  7. Prepare and track expense reports.
  8. Serve as a backup to other assistants.
  9. Handle confidential materials with discretion.
  10. Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  11. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
  12. Work professionally with management, staff, and external contacts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  1. BA/BS degree preferred or 8+ years of administrative experience.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  3. Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  4. Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
