What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide dedicated administrative support to multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Manage calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and ensure adherence to scheduled appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and negotiate contracts with vendors for best rates
- Organize large team meetings and ensure all materials and technology are prepared
- Maintain and enforce departmental policies and procedures, serving as the initial point of contact for administrative guidance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in administrative, department coordination, or customer service roles
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
