Qualifications

• Three years or more in a technical, application or software support role.
• Strong hands-on SQL, used daily to investigate and resolve application issues.
• Experience of MES, ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or issue tracking such as JIRA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve incidents across MES, ERP and bespoke applications.
• Use SQL daily for application support, investigation and root cause analysis.
• Autonomy to run things on site with UK team behind you for support.
