Rise Technical in Greensboro, NC seeks a skilled technical support professional to diagnose and resolve incidents across manufacturing and business-critical applications, using SQL for root cause analysis. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing root-cause analysis, and documenting resolutions.

The role requires three or more years in a technical or software support position with strong SQL skills, plus advantageous experience with MES, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), or Jira.
