Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in C# development is required.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL development is necessary.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, especially 2016 or later.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SQL Server-based reporting solutions.
• Develop and deliver SSRS reports.
• Analyze large datasets for compliance and decision-making.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers.

Skills

Advanced queries (CTEs, window functions, indexing strategies, performance tuning)

Advanced familiarity with .NET, C#, and integration with reporting packages

Strong experience developing SSRS reports

Proven experience building or working within custom reporting frameworks or data platforms

Strong understanding of relational data modeling

Ability to independently own and deliver complex reporting initiatives

Experience supporting large, business-critical reporting systems

Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments

Experience mentoring junior developers

Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization

Education
