Job summary

Nufactor is seeking a SPRx Care Coordinator I to manage intake, verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and coordinate patient care with pharmacy staff and physicians. You will handle referrals, data entry, and ongoing patient support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Some positions may involve on-site collaboration with remote teammates.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and intake data for Nufactor services.
• Verify benefits and insurance eligibility.
• Obtain authorizations and start-of-care forms.
• Enter referrals and order data into system of record.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor deliveries.
• Communicate with patients and physicians to coordinate care.
