Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to assist patients, physicians, and pharmacies with access to care for prescription medications. You will manage empathy-driven interactions, provide program information, eligibility support, and reimbursement assistance, ensuring a smooth patient experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have health care or case management exposure in a high-volume contact center, strong communication, and familiarity with pharmacy benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume healthcare or case management environments.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, health care insurance, and/or medical billing is a plus.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathy-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound and outbound calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to assist access to care and reimbursement needs.
• Escalates requests as needed and coordinates with Program Management, IT, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Performs additional administrative tasks as needed and supports other departments on request.
