Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a SPRx Care Coordinator I to manage the processing and coordination of SPRx patients. Duties include verifying benefits, obtaining authorizations, starting care forms, order entry, and coordinating shipments with pharmacy staff.

You will act as a liaison between patients and their physicians, ensuring timely shipments and ongoing orders while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high levels of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology and calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in an organized, detail-oriented manner.
• Ability to communicate with healthcare professionals and peers.
• HIPAA confidentiality and compliance awareness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate SPRx patient care, including benefits verification and authorizations.
• Coordinate start-of-care forms and order entry with pharmacy staff.
• Serve as liaison between patients and physician offices to coordinate shipments.
• Track shipments and confirm delivery; document in Nufactor system.
• Provide ongoing patient support and manage service needs.
