Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones with professional etiquette and assists internal/external customers.
• Initiates intake and gathers data from referral sources to admit patients.
• Enters referral information and order details into Nufactor system of record.
• Performs insurance eligibility and benefits checks for Nufactor services.
• Determines patient financial obligations and discusses payment arrangements.
• Provides ongoing patient support and coordinates orders, shipments, and clinical needs.
• Tracks shipments, confirms delivery, and documents in system of record.
• Adheres to all company policies and regulatory requirements; works collaboratively with team.
