Swickard Auto Group's Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage is seeking a relationship-driven Sprinter Sales Consultant to connect client needs with the right commercial van configurations in Anchorage and across Alaska. Sell new and pre-owned Sprinter vans to retail and commercial clients, grow a commercial book of business, and guide customers through options, financing, upfits, and the purchase process.

Qualifications

• Automotive, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales experience required.
• Experience selling Sprinter or commercial vans is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and client follow-through.
• CRM discipline and ability to build a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned Sprinter vans to retail and commercial clients; understand their operational requirements and present configurations.
• Develop and grow a commercial client base across Anchorage and Alaska through outreach, referrals, and fleet relationships.
• Guide Sprinter clients through vehicle selection, financing options, upfits, and the full purchase process.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline through CRM and consistent client communication.
• Coordinate with service, parts, and finance to ensure a seamless client experience from purchase through ownership.
• Stay current on Sprinter configurations, upfits, and fleet programs; represent the brand and Swickard hospitality.
