Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage is seeking a Sprinter Sales Consultant to connect commercial van capabilities with client operational needs in Alaska's active market.

You will build a local book of business, manage CRM, and coordinate with service, parts, and finance to deliver a seamless purchase experience. This role rewards relationship-driven professionals with strong communication and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales professional with ability to connect product capabilities to client needs.
• Automotive, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong CRM discipline and follow-through.
• Excellent communicator with ability to work with contractors, fleet managers, and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans to retail and commercial clients, understanding operational requirements and presenting the right configuration.
• Develop and grow a commercial client base across Anchorage and Alaska through outreach, referrals, and fleet relationships.
• Guide clients through vehicle selection, financing options, upfit coordination, and the full purchase process.
• Maintain an active pipeline with disciplined CRM and consistent client communication.
• Coordinate with service, parts, and finance to ensure a seamless client experience from purchase to ownership.
• Stay current on Sprinter configurations, upfits, and fleet incentives.
