Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Commercial Account Manager in the Seattle area to drive Sprinter van sales and manage commercial client relationships. You will blend sales, account management and relationship-building to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

The role requires a self-starting sales professional with knowledge of commercial vans, CRM proficiency and a commitment to ethical, professional business conduct.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience; fleet/account management experience preferred for commercial clients.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills; ability to build client relationships and understand fleet needs.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; strong computer literacy.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills; self-starter with energy and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sprinter sales and profitability by selling new and pre-owned Sprinter vans and meeting dealership goals.
• Use CRM and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups and status.
• Build long-term client relationships and understand their needs; present vehicle options with payload, upfit and features.
• Develop new business by actively prospecting, networking, following up on leads and educating customers on Sprinter models.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts; stay in touch post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service, parts and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
