Job summary

Swickard Auto Group, at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle, seeks a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to own the Sprinter fleet program in the Seattle market. You will prospect, qualify, and close multi-stakeholder deals, coordinate configurations, upfits, and financing while building a durable long-term book of business.

You will drive pipeline discipline, partner with upfit vendors and the service team, and nurture government and corporate accounts to grow the CV sales footprint in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Commercial vehicle, fleet, or B2B sales experience required.
• Proactive prospector with ability to build pipeline through outreach and referrals.
• Strong account management and CRM discipline to maintain an active pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop commercial accounts across the Seattle metro.
• Manage full commercial sales cycle from outreach to delivery.
• Build and maintain a CRM-tracked pipeline of prospects and accounts.
• Advise on Sprinter configuration options to match client needs.
• Coordinate with upfit vendors and service to ensure delivery-ready vehicles.
• Develop fleet and wholesale account relationships in Seattle market.
• Stay current on Sprinter changes and incentive programs.
• Report activity and pipeline progress to store management.
