Swickard Auto Group’s Mercedes-Benz of Seattle Commercial Vehicles team seeks an account-focused sales professional to manage a mixed Sprinter book. You’ll work with owner-operators, small businesses, and fleet buyers in the Seattle metro, guiding configurations, coordinating upfits, and driving repeat business.

Ideal candidates have automotive or B2B sales background, a CRM-driven mindset, and the ability to nurture both personal and commercial buyers for durable, high-earning relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive sales or B2B account management.
• Experience selling to personal and commercial buyers.
• CRM-driven relationship management and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a mixed portfolio of personal and commercial Sprinter accounts across Seattle metro.
• Prospect for new Sprinter business through outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Guide clients through Sprinter configuration options and upfit packages.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs assessment to delivery and financing.
• Build and maintain a CRM-tracked client book with proactive outreach.
• Develop commercial account relationships with businesses and fleet operators.
