Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably with commercial vans or trucks.
• Fleet or account management experience for commercial clients is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sprinter sales and profitability by selling new and pre-owned Sprinter vans and meeting dealership goals.
• Manage all customer contact through the CRM and keep detailed records of interactions.
• Build long-term client relationships and present vehicle options with demos and test drives.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with service, parts and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
