Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B / commercial environment.
• Experience selling commercial vans, trucks, or fleet vehicles is highly valued.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage pipelines and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sprinter van sales and profitability, meeting targets with ethical care.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships by understanding payload and upfit needs.
• Actively prospect and develop new business through outreach, online leads, referrals, and networking.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage all client activity through CRM with detailed, accurate records of interactions.
• Monitor the commercial vehicle market to develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and finance teams for seamless ownership experiences.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations affecting commercial vehicle sales.
